Welcome to the Windsor-Essex County Fire Museum Association

Project #1:
Donation of House

Special thanks to Matt Beasley for spending several hours collecting bricks and organizing this project.

CURRENT EVENTS

TECUMSEH, July 8, 2009: Today the old house is being demolished however, there is a pile of bricks left that we can collect.  In total, we are well over 3500 bricks for our station with special thanks to the Jobin Rock Farm.

The reclaimed brick will be used to build a turn of the century two bay fire station at our new building site located at the Heritage Village in Essex Ontario Canada

Current plans are to construct an old fire station with a membership hall upstairs.  This fire station will be two trucks deep with a 20,000 square foot fire apparatus museum to the rear.

Membership forms will be available soon.
Those that are interested and support this project are encouraged to join.

Below are some pictures from the brick project.  (Video Update)
